1. Introduction

Welcome to 2Kadam (accessible via www.2kadam.in). By registering as a retail partner, distributor, or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our digital services.

2. Scope of Services

2Kadam acts as a B2B technology platform enabling retailers to offer digital financial and utility services to their customers. Our core services include:

• AEPS: Aadhaar-based secure cash withdrawal and balance inquiry.
• DMT (Domestic Money Transfer): Secure fund transfers across Indian banks.
• Utility Payments (BBPS): Electricity, water, and gas bill payments.
• Other Services: Mobile/DTH recharges, Travel bookings, PAN Card, Digital Signatures (DSC), and e-Stamp processing.

3. Retailer Obligations & KYC

To use the platform, all partners must undergo a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as per RBI and banking guidelines. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and valid identity proofs (PAN Card, Shop Registration, etc.).
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality of your login credentials and transaction PINs.
• Not overcharge customers beyond the standard fee limits prescribed by 2Kadam or the respective service providers.

4. Margins and Settlements

Commission structures and platform usage fees are subject to change based on operator guidelines. 2Kadam ensures transparent real-time or T+1 settlement to your registered bank accounts. Any disputes regarding transaction failures or commission mismatches must be raised with our support team within 48 hours.

5. Prohibited Activities

Retailers are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. Splitting transactions to bypass limits, misrepresenting services, or misusing customer details will result in immediate ID suspension and potential legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

While 2Kadam strives to ensure maximum server uptime, we are not liable for transaction delays caused by third-party banking servers, NPCI network issues, or telecom outages. In case of failed transactions where the amount is deducted, refunds will be processed as per standard banking turnaround times (TAT).
